Preeti D'mello


Preeti is a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach (GPCC) from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA and holds a PCC accreditation from ICF.


Deeply passionate about the human journey, Preeti focusses on transformation by attending to the space between intent and action and claiming autonomy to flourish and thrive. She believes in collaborating with stakeholders to create a high leverage environment of challenge and support.

Preeti synthesizes Eastern and Western approaches to personal development and spiritual integration and seeks to establish congruence between Head and Heart for lasting and meaningful change. Her approach is guided by Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory, Robert Kegan’s Constructive Development Psychology and Dr. Barry Johnson’s Polarity Management framework. She is greatly influenced by Diane Musho Hamilton and her work in Conflict Resolution.

Preeti’s career spans over 25 years in business strategy, project design and solutioning across multiple sectors - Education & Training, International Business, Publishing, Social Infrastructure, Lifestyle and Retail. A long stint in front-line roles allows her to bring a grounded, practical approach to Organization and Leadership Development and Coaching, where she leverages her understanding of human nature to evolve effective turnarounds to personal and business challenges.


Her approach helps re-think entrenched models and develops implementable solutions and supporting strategies. Her consulting and coaching experience spans executive and professional development, change management, women in leadership, diversity in the workplace and spirituality. She is recognized for design thinking in systemic organizational and leadership development work.


Preeti’s professional education includes a Master’s degree in Positive Organization Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University (USA), Adult Development and Science of Coaching Psychology from Harvard University, and Ego Development and Leadership Maturity Framework from the Center for Leadership Maturity, (USA). She is an Advanced Practitioner of the Polarity Approach for Continuity & Transformation and is certified in Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching with Compassion from Case Western Reserve University.


She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Diploma in International Business.


Preeti is the  Head of Diversity and the LeaD Academy at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest private sector company. At TCS, Preeti’s vision and mandate is to create a sustainable culture of Leadership and Diversity. Previously, she launched a strategic global initiative of coaching and mentorship which was lauded by Institute of Coaching, Harvard University and won a Gold from Brandon Hall. Her work in Diversity & Inclusion won TCS the Pioneering Initiative Award from Community Business in 2019.


A life-long learner, Preeti is currently studying Process-oriented Psychology at the Process Work Institute while simultaneously pursuing her PHd in Wisdom Studies.

Andrew Powell 


Andy Powell is the founder of Rule 6 Consulting and a Faculty member of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Professional Coaching Certification program (ICF accredited).  


Drawing upon his deep background in change management, culture change and team effectiveness, Andy’s passion is supporting organizational transformation at both the individual, team and whole system level.  Leaders and organizations interested in this work are those that hold a vision of a higher purpose for themselves and their organizations.  They believe that business can enable their environment and communities to flourish while achieving best in class financial returns.


In his over 30 years of organizational development experience with ExxonMobile, BFGoodrich, Pfizer and his own consultancy, Andy has enabled leader and team growth in areas such as post-merger/acquisition integration, process improvement, culture change, and executive team effectiveness.  

Andy’s experience is that leaders and leadership teams can become “future fit” when they have a deeper understanding of what underlies their actions, behaviors and decision making strategies. To be able to satisfy 21st century stakeholder objectives, Andy partners with clients to explore how to bring their fully integrated selves (head, heart and gut) forward to lead authentically. When a leader embraces this self-awareness, they can see new possibilities in any given situation. They become open to new choices where they can act naturally and with intent. 

Andy’s work crosses all functional areas including sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations, research and development, and human resources.  Internationally he has worked in Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, UK and Hong Kong.


Focused on ensuring all change and devlopment efforts are aligned with business strategy, organizational systems and leadership capability, Andy is trained in Lean/Six Sigma (yellow belt), Appreciative Inquiry, and the Lominger (Korn-Ferry) Career Architect suite.  He is a Level 2 certified user of the Team Diagnostic Survey (Wageman and Hackman), Denison Culture Survey, and MBTI among others. As an executive coach he is certified as a Gestalt Professional Coach and as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.   He holds bachelors and masters degrees from Bowling Green State University in Organizational Communication and Psychology.  


He is an executive committee member of Conscious Capitalism: North East Ohio
